This is a before photo of a typical metal roof on a commercial building. The problems experienced are typical as well. Note the loose screws and large gap at the end-lap on the panels. This is the usual result of years of contraction & expansion and the fluttering affect of the wind. |

The photo at left shows a worker installing the high tech Chopped Fiberglass roofing system on a metal roof. Only the highest grade Bentonite Clay® based emulsion asphalt and Plastex fiberglass roving are used. The result is a pliable, seamless watertight roof. |
