Features:
- Save the added cost and high exposure of total roof removal.
- With an existing gravel-surfaced roof, we actually reduce the weight on your decks after the installation of our roof.
- Our woven polyester membrane is many times stronger than conventional roofing felts, has 500% more elongation capability (stretch), weighs much less than inferior paper or fiberglass felt.
- The Triple Crown roof system uses high grade modified (emulsion) asphalt that is clay-based. Our emulsion asphalt is more pliable, impervious to rot, and longer lasting than conventional roofing asphalt. The addition of Bentonite Clay© makes our asphalt (and your roof) much more fire retardant.
- The chopped fiberglass process makes your roof monolithic - no seams to split, crack or peel apart - and adds a great deal of strength not found in conventional roofing.
- Aluminized final coating lowers deck temperatures 15-20 degrees.
