At Roof Spotters we do things a little different. Our philosophy is to squeeze every year of useful service life out of your existing roof before we recommend installing a total new roof. With our monolithic chopped fiberglass polyester-based roofing system it is often possible to repair and maintain commercial roofs for many years after other contractors give up and recommend a total new roof. When the time comes that you do need a new roof, we have some very attractive high-tech options that no other Amarillo contractor can offer.

The National Roofing Contractors Association has said that a 20-year specification built-up roof will often last only 7-9 years, mostly due to improper installation or inadequate maintenance. Our goal is to make your existing roof last as long as it was designed to last.

On larger roofs Roof Spotters will provide a free detailed roof condition report complete with photos, roof diagram, estimate of remaining service life of your roof, and specifications for any recommended repairs. Our property management customers find our reports to be a useful addition to their property files.
